• TJ Bradley Bowers, 21, of Bad Axe, was bound over to circuit court on charges of larceny of weapons and felony firearm. He was ordered to pay court costs of $650.

• Seth Andrew Campbell, 26, of Kinde, operating a motor vehicle while visibly impaired - first offense, $1,455 fines and costs, six months probation, four days community service.

• Jess Willard Durbin, 28, of Ubly, illegal use of a controlled substance, $655 fines and costs, 12 months probation, five days in jail.

• Laura Louise Fabyan, 49, of Caseville, was bound over to circuit court on a charge of identity theft. She was ordered to pay court costs of $350.

• Mark Brian Fritz, 52, of Owendale, was bound over to circuit court on a charge of operating while intoxicated - third offense. He was ordered to pay court costs of $505.

• Donald C. Glass, 20, of Minden City, was bound over to circuit court on a charge of malicious destruction of property valued at more than $1,000.

• Bridget Marie Glotzhober, 32, of Port Hope, open intoxicant - driver, $350 fines and costs, one day community service.

• Ryan James Graves, 29, of Elkton, was bound over to circuit court on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender.

• Gabrielle V. Maikrzek, 19, of Ubly, careless driving, $240 fines and costs; drunk and disorderly, $1,090 fines and costs, nine months probation, five days in community service.

• Jordan Matthew Messing, 19, of Bay City, was bound over to circuit court on a charge of malicious destruction of property valued at more than $1,000.

• Steven Michael Michalski, 23, of Ypsilanti, drunk and disorderly, $375 fines and costs, 60 days in jail.

• Brittnie J. Napolitano, 24, of Bad Axe, attempted drunk and disorderly, $350 fines and costs.

• Ryan Jerome Osentoski, 34, of Ubly, attempted disorderly person, $435 fines and costs.

• Lorenzo V.A. Robinson, 18, of Owendale, was bound over to circuit court on a charge of second-degree criminal sexual conduct (person under 13).

• Sydney Rae Ruth, 25, of Pigeon, failure to stop or identify self after a property damage accident, $400 fines and costs.

• Kenneth Edward Rutz, 33, of Port Austin, disorderly person, $730 fines and costs, six months probation, four days community service; careless driving, $210 fines and costs.

• Dustin Paul Spiker, 30, of Hemlock, defective equipment, $245 fines and costs.

• Jeffery Scott Thorn, 21, of Bad Axe, operating a motor vehicle while visibly impaired - first offense, $1,385 fines and costs, nine months probation, seven days in jail.
